Privacy policy

Your game, your profile, and how information is handled.

Last updated: October 20, 2026

Oddswell is a local, single-player dice strategy game from asrequired new york llc. This policy covers the app and its marketing website, including how we intend to handle sponsor content and shared leaderboards as those features become available.

Current feature status: Profiles and game progress are stored locally. The app includes Firebase and Firestore configuration, but shared leaderboards, remote sponsor content, and sponsor engagement measurement are not currently active. The descriptions of those features below apply when they are introduced. We will update this notice to reflect their final operation.

01Information stored on your device

Oddswell stores profile names, profile photos you choose, settings, stage and difficulty progress, records, card collections, deck loadouts, training-tip progress, and other local game information on your device. Profile photos are used in the app and in score cards you choose to share.

Deleting a profile removes its locally stored photo and game progress. Removing the app may also remove local information. These local profiles are not online accounts, and the current Firestore setup does not upload your profile or gameplay records.

02Score-card sharing

When you choose to share a score card, the image can include your profile name, photo, and game statistics. The image is sent to the destination you select through the iOS sharing options, or saved to Photos if you choose that option. Review the image before sharing; recipients and third-party services handle it under their own practices.

03Future shared leaderboards

When shared leaderboards become available, qualifying results may be submitted with a displayed profile name and gameplay information needed to rank and verify the result. Depending on the leaderboard, this may include stage, difficulty, score, in-game cash, completion information, and validation records.

Profile names and qualifying results may be displayed publicly on shared leaderboards. Use a profile name you are comfortable making public. Profile photos are not automatically included in leaderboard submissions under the planned approach described here.

Before launching leaderboards, we will update this policy with the fields actually submitted and the submission behavior. No leaderboard submissions are made by the current build.

04Technical information and service providers

Google Firebase and Firestore support the app’s online-service foundation. When online features communicate with these services, the providers may process technical information needed to deliver, secure, diagnose, and maintain them, such as request, network, device, and app information.

Additional validation services, such as Cloud Functions or Firebase App Check, may be introduced to protect future shared features. They are not currently integrated into Oddswell. Information processed through service providers is used to operate and maintain app features. See Firebase’s privacy information for details about its services.

05Analytics and sponsor measurement

We may use aggregated analytics supplied by Apple to understand approximate player and session totals. If sponsor content is introduced, we may also measure aggregated sponsor-message views and clicks on outbound sponsor links. These measurements are intended to evaluate app and sponsor engagement, rather than identify individual players.

Oddswell currently has no Firebase Analytics SDK integration or active sponsor-event measurement.

06Sponsors

The app may display title-sponsor messages and external links in future releases. Sponsors may receive aggregated, de-identified statistics, such as approximate player totals, gameplay sessions, sponsor-message views, and outbound link clicks.

Sponsors do not receive individual profile names, profile photos, scores, game logs, device identifiers, or individual gameplay histories from Oddswell. We do not sell personal information or share individual player data with sponsors for advertising or tracking.

Sponsor links open third-party websites. Their own privacy practices apply after you follow a link.

07Marketing website

The playable demo’s selected numbers, upgrades, and scores stay in the page’s memory and reset when it is refreshed. The demo does not submit those choices or scores to a leaderboard. Ordinary hosting services may process technical request information needed to serve and secure the website. External links, including future App Store and sponsor links, are handled by their respective services.

08Retention and removal

Local information remains on your device until it is removed through the app or affected by device or app-data removal. You can delete a local profile from its editor.

When leaderboards launch, entries and validation records may be retained to operate the leaderboards and preserve historical results. Invalid, offensive, fraudulent, or otherwise inappropriate entries may be corrected or removed. Deleting a local profile will not automatically remove a result already submitted to an online service.

For a privacy question or removal request, email [email protected]. If the request concerns a future leaderboard entry, include the displayed profile name, stage, difficulty, and approximate date. Do not send passwords or unnecessary sensitive information.

09Policy updates

We may update this policy as Oddswell and its services evolve. Changes will be reflected here with an updated date, including details of sponsor and leaderboard features before they become available.
